Always buy Goldstein smoked salmon at Xmas. Chose it for the starter on Burn’s Night. Delighted that my guests, not familiar with Goldstein’s, declared it to be superb

Delayed delivery - bashed up salmon

Having previously ordered from Goldstein over Christmas and having been pleased with the salmon I made another order. This time the delivery was shipped to are on the day specified, then delayed so I received it after it has been held up by 24 hours. These things happen - however when I opened the salmon the salmon itself was pretty bashed around and not chilled so I contacted Goldstein to let them know (and sent pictures) . Goldstein refused to replace the salmon.
