Excellent product but it was not sliced as per order.

We bought the salmon to entertain a number of Scandinavian friends. They are all very discerning and in the past have admired the quality of your product.
The fact it was not pre-sliced caused problems but my amateur efforts managed to slice it, albeit with greatly different thicknesses so, aesthetically it wasn't that great.
Once again it was a success and we and our Viking friends ate rather too much.

Gorgeous Smoked Salmon

I buy the "oily" version for the silky texture. Apart from the fact that purchasing a side results in a large amount of skin being left over, an expensive surplus which I need to consider when re-ordering, the quality of this product is superb.
