Orders

At checkout, you will see whether your delivery will be made by Goldstein Salmon’s own temperature-controlled vans (if the shipping method is “Local Delivery”) or by a nominated courier (if the shipping method is “Nominated Day Delivery”). Courier deliveries are carried out on a next-day service and use environmentally sustainable Woolcool food packaging to ensure our salmon remains cool and arrives in perfect condition.

While we aim to deliver courier orders on the next business day, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. The packaging is designed to maintain product quality for up to 2 days in transit from the time the parcel leaves our premises. If your parcel is more than 24 hours late, please dispose of the product and contact us for a refund.


Order Cut-Off Times for Next-Day Deliveries

To ensure the freshest product possible, please place your orders before:

  • Monday 6:00 am – for delivery on Tuesday
  • Tuesday 6:00 am – for delivery on Wednesday
  • Wednesday 6:00 am – for delivery on Thursday
  • Thursday 6:00 am – for delivery on Friday

Orders for a Preferred Date:

You can select an available delivery date of your choice, up to 3 months in advance.


Subscriptions – How It Works

Subscription orders are delivered based on the day they are charged. Please refer to the schedule below:

  • Charged on Monday → Delivered on Tuesday
  • Charged on Tuesday → Delivered on Wednesday
  • Charged on Wednesday → Delivered on Thursday
  • Charged on Thursday → Delivered on Friday
  • ⚠️Charged on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday → Delivered on Tuesday

Delivery Times

Deliveries made by our own drivers will take place between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

For deliveries made by nominated couriers, you will be contacted directly by the courier with further information regarding delivery times.


Not Going to Be In?

For Local Delivery, please leave delivery instructions in the ‘Leave a note or gift message about your order’ box or select a secure location from the drop-down menu on the first page of checkout.

For Nominated Day Delivery, follow the instructions provided by the courier via the tracking link.

Please note: We cannot accept liability if no one is available to receive your order. Additionally, delays may occur with all delivery services.
