Best salmon ever.

I've bought smoked salmon in volume for a very long time not at least because I used to have a seafood business and five restaurants so I can tell you this is simply the best, you will not find better. From the texture to the taste to the level of oil Lynes it is just on every level the best of the best.

Having tried smoked salmon from a huge variety of traders, Goldstein is the one I return to and people always ask where it came from. I used to buy from the outer Hebrides, the flavour and quality was fabulous until it changed hands and the price and delivery rocketed. I switched to Goldstein after dabbling with other smokers and have stayed there recommending to everybody who tastes it.
Try the smoked salmon off cuts for making Salmon pate, so cheap and so good.

The order was easy to make; the follow up was helpful and the delivery was spot on. Then we had to eat it. It was delicious. Easy to take a slice from the half salmon. Also had a use by date that did not run out over the Christmas/New Year festivities. Thank you.
