Simply delicious!

I buy this, portion it and freeze it. I can then use either in dishes or cold as a starter. It’s amazing in a pasta dish with Alfredo sauce with spinach through it. Also fantastic slightly warm in a Caesar salad. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
