The salmon arrived exactly on time, extremely well packed so beautifully fresh. I panicked a little over their size, much bigger than anticipated, but managed to fit them into my fish kettles to poach. The results, perfect!. Many of my guests commented ‘the best salmon they had ever tasted.’ I was well pleased & would highly recommend, thank you!
