Whole Fresh Salmon (approx 3-4kg)

This whole salmon was lovely but I would suggest, if possible, moving away from using Royal Mail for deliveries. They are not good a communicating meaning someone having to be at home all day. Even their tracker had no information of use and the deliver arrived at the absolute last minute

Excellent fresh salmon delivered when they said it would be, well packed. Hadn't realised I needed to tell Goldstein to keep the head and tail on, but managed to dress it so it looked good anyway. Guests all very complimentary.
