This was a stunning salmon. I had so many compliments from my guests on how delicious my salmon was.

Online ordering was easy, the delivery was on time and we enjoyed the salmon. It weighed, however, somewhat less than 3kgs. I will order from Goldstein again but will ask them to carefully check the weight before sending the package.

Guests were delighted with this plump, fresh salmon, which I served poached in a light stock and decorated with thin-cut cucumber "scales." Delicious taste, and plenty to go round. Highly recommended.

Well packaged, and cleanly prepared and sealed so tasted great.
