The listing was for off-cuts which I was happy with as I have bought off-cuts from other places before but unfortunately, I found these very scrappy with all of the worst bits thrown in. I would not buy these again

Good value and tasted great. One or two small bones but wasnt an issue.

Having had smoked salmon from you, I assumed that the trimmings would also be as good. Sadly I found many bones and plenty of inedible bits. I had to spend a lot of time sifting through the trimmings to find the better pieces.

Perfect for making rice, smoked salmon and egg stir fry the taste is amazing thank you
