Goldstein's Smoked Salmon

Just received my 1st delivery. Much better flavour than the one I have been buying. Likely I will be buying again

Smoked salmon trimmings

Great value for money but it is still a quality product.

All the trimmings

I have bought trimmings from many supermarkets and retailers such as Costco in the past, but these are by far the most superior trimmings I have ever eaten (except for those from the wild salmon my brother-in-law fishes and smokes himself in Norway, but that is an unfair comparison, frankly). I would have liked to recommend something I have made with them, such as a paté, but they never seem to last long enough for me to make anything.
