Salmon trimmings

The trimmings are perfect on hot buttered toast with lemon juice and black pepper. Also on scrambled eggs.
The whole smoked salmon didn't make it till Christmas it was way too good to keep.

I was really looking forward to my kosher smoke salmon trimmings but found them tasteless extra slimyand just not very pleasant

A Little Too Much Oil & Skin

True, my preference is for the excellent dry version of Goldstein's esteemed smoked salmon, but this intermediate purchase of trimmings has disappointed me. Excessive white stuff, presumably the underside of the skin and an excess of oil. I'll stick to the tried and tested in future.
