Really delighted with this product - I purchased 1 kg pack because I want to make some smoked salmon and fresh salmon pate with it - and didn't want to use the slices. The dish has turned out beautifully - thanks for a great product! This product is also great with scrambled eggs, and used in a "cocktail" instead of prawns! Thanks again.

Excellent smoked Salmon. Loved it. I will order more soon. Nicely vacuum packed. Great it’s forward dated and I don’t have to freeze it. Thank you.
