Your salmon is excellent, however I want to alert you to your weights and measures labelling. The two packs of fresh salmon weighed 272gms and 275gsms while the label says 300gsms. I don’t know if this is within acceptable tolerances but I would hate you to hauled up for this. I did take a photo of one of the packs on my kitchen weighing machine if you want see it. Please let me know what the status is on weights. Best Sam

Whilst searching for an unusual birthday gift for my adult daughter I came upon Goldstein's salmon. My daughter is a salmon lover of the first order, so I ordered the salmon selection box. Oh my, well first of all it was the best present, she loved it and thought it a unique and thoughtful gift. Secondly, I have never eaten such exquisite salmon in my life. Mild yet full of flavour, lovely texture and so very moreish. The packaging was perfect and the fish was protected from damage and kept chilled. All in all a great experience which I will repeat. As a retired widow I'm not in the financial position of being able to buy this salmon regularly but for high days and Holidays, oh yes, yes indeed.

I now buy my smoked salmon and variety box from Goldstein only as the quality is very high. Highly recommend you do the same!

Pieces of separate salmon large and inviting for two, so good anyway you cook them. I will always return!
