Our traditionally mild London smoked salmon we provide is renowned for its consistent creamy, smoky texture.
This product is our most premium line of salmon slices cut from only the loin of the fish. The slices are perfectly sized so that an individual slice creates a user friendly portion. Approximately 7 slices will be used to create a 200g packet.
As our most premium product, this is available either vacuum packed with a 21 day shelf life, or loose with a 5 day shelf life.
Product suitable for home freezing.
