Exception Quality

In removing the salmon from the packaging it was immediately very noticeable how well cut the fish was in thin slices, and each slice was easily separated from the others. Not so with many supermarket salmon.
The fish was just smoked sufficiently, but not to overwhelm the salmon.

Salmon fillets and Medium Smoked Salmon. Delicious as always. I got low on SS bought a pkt from Tesco finest. Dry and won't let that happen again.
