My guests and I all loved the fabulous side of hot smoked salmon that I served for lunch on Monday. It was accompanied by a creme fraiche and horseradish sauce, new potatoes, broccoli and green beans. The quality was as perfect as I have come to expect from Goldstein. Incidentally, I had already used two packets of Goldstein's smoked salmon cocktail bought at the same time to make a delicious smoked salmon pate for a dinner party on the previous Friday. it was all extremely good value for very high quality.

Scrumptious salmon, perfectly packaged…Goldstein is like nothing you will have eaten before …heavenly with a delicious depth and flavour … how salmon should be … I’ve been buying for years and will continue to do so. Perfect for suppers for one, entertaining (the whole side of hot smoked is my go to with homemade celeriac remoulade) and as birthday and hostess gifts… no lemon or black pepper required…you’ll never buy any other salmon!
