Salmon is great but not the skin

I've been buying from here for years and the quality of the salmon is always heads above anything you'd get at a supermarket.

However, one of the main appeals for me that I've been buying is that the skin was always removed. This order (and now looking at other reviews and the edited description) tells me that sadly they have decided to leave the skin on.

This is a massive negative point for me, and will make me choose the cheaper supermarket salmon more often now.

Since 2024, the fillets were always scales removed, but not proceeded this time. It was not what we expected.
