I ordered this salmon from Italy to arrive in a tiny village in the Yorkshire Dales on the 23rd of December from a company I had never used.

This was bigger than I expected and good value for the price. I fed 9 people and two cats and have some in the freezer. Nice pale colour and moist when cooked.
