Just perfect… flaky, fabulousness - texture delightful, no dry areas. It is a generous side in size too - I shall definitely buy again … what made me laugh is that I gave two portions (my appreciation knows no bounds) to my next door neighbours who are so kind and they said that their two boys, aged 5 and 2, asked for. Taste and both of them adored it. I shall probably order a side for them for Christmas but gosh, those two boys are developing unhealthily sophisticated palates!!! Out with the Haribous and in with the smoked salmon…

I've bought this a few times for myself and have started giving it to friends as a present, everyone raves about it. Goldstein's is a real find

I use to purchase this from Makro locally but due to Covid-19 they seem to have lost their supplier. I found Goldstein online. Waited out in the garden for DHL as a few packages had gone missing recently. In fact the DHL guy managed to help me find my two missing packages. I just could not wait to sample the salmon. I was not disappointed. Two packs all for me I won’t be sharing it with a soul.

First time purchaser, and certainly will be back. Our Christmas salmon was perfectly smoked and the difference in quality from a supermarket is huge. Don’t hesitate - just try it. Loved the packaging and currently thinking how to re-use the wool. 10/10. Thank you, Goldstein.
