Our traditionally mild London smoked salmon we provide is renowned for its consistent creamy, smoky texture. 

This product is our most premium line of salmon slices cut from only the loin of the fish. The slices are perfectly sized so that an individual slice creates a user friendly portion. Approximately 7 slices will be used to create a 200g packet. 

As our most premium product, this is available either vacuum packed with a 21 day shelf life, or loose with a 5 day shelf life.

Product suitable for home freezing.

Ingredients:

Farmed Salmon (FISH [Salmo Salar]) from Scotland (UK) or Norway, Salt

Directions:

An ideal starter, or serve with crackers or in a sandwich adding lemon and black pepper Remove from vacuum packaging 1 hour before serving.

There is no comparison - Goldstein salmon is in a class of its own. Utterly delicious. Better than any smoked salmon I have even eaten.

This is the very best salmon, absolutely delicious. Shame it was delivered to the wrong address by DHL and I had to walk up and down several roads to find it.

I have always enjoyed Goldstein smoked salmon, but this was the first time I tried the Prime Cut Smoked Salmon Slices. My wife and myself both thought this product was outstanding. It does cost a bit more than the excellent Goldstein oak smoked salmon, but is a real treat. Highly recommended.
