Our Hot Smoked Salmon is cold smoked with our own home-cure recipe and then roasted in our kilns to perfection, producing a deep flavour. While it's perfect for flaking into salads and pasta, our favourite way to enjoy it is warming them through in the oven or under the grill and simply plating up the fillets with a few buttered potatoes and greens - delicious!

Really tasty on a salad. Was much nicer than the fresh salmon I ordered.
What could be nicer than sitting outside on a lovely evening ,eating Goldstein’s hot smoked salmon with a beetroot salad, and horse radish mayonnaise. Just the right amount of smoke to compliment the beautiful fish.Thank you.
