Lovely salmon as usual. Not greasy just lovely salmon

Second time I’ve had one of these fine fish beauties. Not an everyday thing of course, I just thought I’d treat myself again, having enjoyed this delicacy last time. It arrived in chilled, perfect condition and guess what, I ate it all to myself over two meals. On its own with just a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and cracked black pepper - was simply amazing. The texture, the smoke, the mellow delicate flavour was off the scale. Thoroughly enjoyed. I’ll be having it again but maybe for Christmas. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent produced Royal fillet with a light cure . Smoked extremely lightly ,for my taste , better for sushimi !
