At last smoked salmon that doesn't taste of wet bath flannel and has the same texture
A pleasure to eat, in fact I ate it all myself without offering any to the family!

The first time I ordered salmon, it arrived perfectly packed with ice gels to keep it cool. This time, it came in a regular envelope with no cooling, and since I wasn’t home for over 8 hours, the fish sat outside unrefrigerated plus for whatever it time spent with the courier (at least 12 more hours) . Disappointing, as it had both smoked salmon and raw salmon and I expected it to stay cold/preserved like before. If this is a cost cutting exercise, you should charge more for delivery but do it correctly. Raw fish is not supposed to be left at room temperature for that long.

Amazingly good flavour,much enjoyed,both by myself and the gift receiver too.

We shared this for lunch sliced thinly and topped with capers,chopped cornichons ,shallots and lemon.
It was incredible and so so delicious just like all Goldstein salmon.
We will definitely be ordering more.
