I bought two Royal Fillets to serve as the first course at a lunch party for six people.
They were out of this world for flavour and texture. Our friends, one a fellow of a Cambridge college, and one who had worked in fish wholesale in Scotland, had never had anything like it, and were well impressed.
Possibly the most delicious food in the world.
