Best smoked salmon I've ever had. The flavour is mild and morish. Have had several orders of this salmon over the last few years. Can't beat it. Highly recommend.

I have purchased the side of sliced smoked salmon previously, both for myself and as a gift. The delivery process has always worked well, with the packaging being highly efficient at keeping the salmon cold, so it arrives in perfect condition.

The salmon tastes wonderful; full of flavour, nicely sliced and most enjoyable. It can be frozen too. Excellent. I will be using Goldstein again.

Repeat customer, best quality anywhere

I have ordered three of your large salmon sides over the last four months and I am probably now addicted. The mild cure and silky texture are exactly as I like it and I never come across
tougher sections as I often do with sides from other producers. Even the oiliness I find quite useful, in that it helps to preserve the fish once the pack has been opened.

1 we were not expecting such a large amount of smoked salmon- I obviously ticked the wrong size?
2 We have never had such an oily side of smoked salmon - was there a choice?
3 The side of salmon was sliced too thickly & the slices cut far too long. To the point it was unmanageable.
4 Altogether it was a very disappointing choice.
