The delivery was prompt, and wonderfully packed with felt and ice packs. The slicing was slightly awkward as the slices (perfectly thin) went the entire length of fish. But once I got the hang of breaking them up the result was excellent. Very tasty and well received.

Really great smoked salmon, not over smoked, delicate and ‘fleshy’. Not so sure about your smoked salmon pate. Rather mushy and lacking in texture (okay i know this is rather subjective) think a bit of work is needed here!

Good quality fish with plenty of natural
oil still present the taste is excellent however not happy with the quality of cut slices or the fact the skin is still present which increases the weight sold but spoils other slices as you try to separate the skin

Wonderful texture & oiliness.
Family agreed the best we’d had in years having previously always used a Scottish smokery.
